DESCRIPTION
Knit top-down, this oversized drop-shoulder sweater is lightweight, airy, and super snuggly to cuddle up in. With 10-12" (25-30cm) of positive ease, a wide mitred v-neck collar, and a cropped length, this sweater is just begging to be worn with fleece-lined tights, cozy slippers, a cup of cocoa and a fireplace. Though the positive ease might be daunting to sweater makers, this sweater is knit up with US 11/8 mm needles and flies off your needles. Wear it with the V straight on the center or slipped off the shoulder for a chic vibe.
Get to know your construction: Knit top-down; you'll cast on and work the top back panel first. Then, pick up the stitches on either side of the neck and knit the front panels separately before joining them together for the v-neck. Once both sides are knit equally, you'll join the front and back panels in the round to work the body until the hem. Sleeves are picked up and worked in the round to the cuff one at a time.
