DESCRIPTION

It’s time to go to the ‘90s, and this Clueless inspired fuzzy sweater is here to bring back all the nostalgia. Named after Alicia Silverstone, this classic-style, fuzzy, drop-shoulder sweater has all the 90’s and early 2000’s vibes but with all the homey and cozy feels of today. With 0-2” of neutral ease in the bust and a very slight crop, this sweater is super comfy to wear and is a wonderful texture to wear.. This yarn naturally lends to the fuzzy halo craze, while also having a really stretchy and springy bounce to it. I hope you try it out!

This pattern is written in nine sizes – XS (S, M, L, XL) (2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL) and knit bottom-up. It is suggested that you highlight your size so you know which stitch count to follow. Model pictured is wearing the size M and is 5’7”, 152 pounds. She has a bust of 36.5” in circumference, for reference

Skills needed:

Cast on, knitting in the round, knitting flat, decreasing, picking up stitches, binding off.

S – 32-34” bust
M – 36-38” bust
L – 40-42” bust
XL – 44-46” bust
2XL – 48-50” bust
3XL – 52-54” bust
4XL – 56-58” bust
5XL – 60-62” bust

The pattern has been tested in all sizes.

DIFFICULTY

Advanced beginner: You will need to know how to cast on, knit in the round, knit flat, decrease, pick up stitches, bind off

6 (XS, S), 7 (M), 8 (L, XL), 9 (2X), 10 (3X, 4X), 11 (5X) skeins of Lion Brand Feels Like Bliss (pictured in Blush) or 600 (645, 700, 775, 830) (915, 1005, 1075, 1185) yards to 548 (590, 640, 708,758) (836, 919, 983, 1083) meters of size 5 Bulky yarn
Size US 11/8mm knitting needles 24”/60cm circular needles (4+5XL may benefit from 32”/82cm)
Size US 11/8mm Double Pointed Needles (for sleeves)
2 stitch markers
Scissors
Darning needle
